Yes most of our repairs are carried out in house and can be completed usually on the same day.

Does my phone come with warranty?
Yes all repairs or devices carried out or purchased from us come with a standard 3 months warranty period unless specified otherwise.
How does the walk in service work?
Our walk in system ensures all customers can drop there phones and can have them repaired on the same day without the worry of having to book an appointment, just allows 30 mins and we ensure to get your device up and running again!
Do PhoneGeeks provide after repair support?
Yes
Is my phone insured while you have it?
No it is only worth scrap value while damaged. Insurance companies do not insure damaged phones for their full value.
What repairs can you do?
If your mobile phone is damaged and out of warranty, we will try and fix it for you.
Can you fix my home button?
Yes we can fix your devices home button, but please note that after the fix the finger print will not work.
How do I get my phone to you?
Hand in to one of our Drop Off Centres, by post or we can pick up your phone within a 5 mile radius of Norwich. Anything further than 5 miles will be at an additional cost. (Please contact us for details)
How long will it take to fix it?
Turnaround time is 2-7 days after receiving the phone depending on job and availability of parts. Most jobs are completed within 2-3 days This does depend on the fault, make of phone and parts required.
What happens if you can’t fix it?
On the odd occasion that we can not repair your phone, we will get in touch to let you know and return the phone. You will be charged the £10 service charge only.
